In his short life he could not finalise many of his literary drafts (poetries, stories, fairytales aso.). Only a small part of his work was published during his lifetime ("Poems" 1883). He was most loved for his pieces dealing with nature, and love, and for his "lyric of thoughts ", deeply melancholy and full of "Weltschmerz" and longing for death. His lyric in fact has a very proper and touching melody. As he had studied the German philosophers and poets, his work was influenced by them (Schopenhauer).

One Wish Alone Have I

One wish alone have I:
In some calm land
Beside the sea to die;
Upon its strand;
That I forever sleep,
The forest near,
A heaven clear,
Stretched over the peaceful deep.
No candles shine,
Nor tomb I need, instead Let them for me a bed
Of twigs entwine.

It's finally the time by Trifan Raluca

I met a green elf last winter
And Santa said he's sometimes bitter.
Snow balls were flying into the sky
And Rudolph was convincing his nose to shine.

Children were singing outside,
And the stars were shining brightly up high.
The colorful lights that twinkle
Were entertaining the people who winkled.

What Christmas represents is all around you.
Gifts, lights, emotions are just a few,
So take your family, make this your goal
To worship the Christmas joy in your soul.

Orașul nostru are parcuri frumoase unde te poți plimba și relaxa.

Our Winter Tale by Andreea Cristodor

A story begins today...
Like each and every year
A magic child appears
Coming to save our souls.

A bell tolls in the distance
Bringing the merry news
Hope is what we feel
As He came to help us redeem.

The sky is joyful
Down in Bethlehem
There in a magic manger
The virgin Mary came.

She is the young Mother
Giving Messiah to light
There, embraced by nature
The King has arrived.

Winter Light ... by Corina Păun

There's a certain slant of light
On winter afternoons
That oppresses, like the weight
of cathedral tunes

The sky is low, the clouds are mean
A travelling flake of snow
Across a barn of through a rut
debates if it will go...
